An Innovator – Mike has always built his business based on the needs of the market and filling it. Mike always seems to know exactly where the market is and where it’s heading. In the super-hot market of the early 2000s, Mike started a flat-fee program designed to save his clients thousands of dollars in commission. In 2006, he sounded the alarm of the real estate bubble and in his webcast “Mondays with Mike”, he was educating buyers and sellers with the market statistics that would prove to be prophetic. While the market was plummeting in 2007/ 2008, Mike educated himself in short sales and pre-foreclosures and became one of Long Island’s foremost authorities on working with distressed property. Mike became a NYS Licensed Instructor in this field, teaching hundreds of realtors and attorneys. Mike then turned his attention to helping homeowners avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes. He then began investing and flipping, helping to beautify our local communities one house at a time!
